Dear Dr.s, I have had a diep flap done 2 years ago, and I am still having trouble with denting caused by an area of fat necrosis. I have tried 4 rounds of fat injections, and had some alloderm placed in the deficient area, but I am still having problems with wrinkling and denting skin. Could I use an implant in the deficient area to rid myself of the dents and wrinkles once and for all?
