Hi Lara,
Sorry for the delay, you know mother's day and all. If mama's not happy, nobody's happy! Anyway, I think an MRI after breast reconstruction is a very good idea. I don't think you have enough breast tissue left (if any) to have it show up on any available test but for monitoring purposes and surveillance it is much more accurate than mammogram, especially in a post surgical breast.
