No easy answer. Depends mostly on what you want to do because a good result is possible either way. The stretch marks usually are less apparent on the breast than before the tissue is moved. This is because the skin is a little tighter on the breast and the marks get pulled a bit more flat. If you are particularly big breasted, then soft tissue recon on both sides will probably be better, if you are moderate/or small breasted then stacked one/implant other or GAP on both are both reasonable. Considerations are whether you are OK with the idea of an implant and whether you really want to avoid the GAP donor site or if it doesn't particularly bother you. Final decision would have to be made upon visit with your surgeon to determine if there are any other particular reasons why one would be better than another.
