Dear Nancy,
For peace of mind, consideration of completion mastectomy and soft tissue reconstruction is reasonable. It is also reasonable for relief of the capsular contracture. The ultimate decision depends on how much these issues trouble you. As you know,it is common for implants to perform poorly in a radiated breast/chest.
