Perhaps a few examples of what you do, with whom, and how, and for what particular goals? what kinds of results happen? I know that these techniques work but it also is helpful to hear some "practical" kinds of sharing, so that maybe other readers who perhaps have not yet thought to do these ideas, can "see what you mean"... feel like sharing more?? thanks, Judy
