Hello to all,
My name is Uwe Suessbier. I am a coach working with individuals and professionals in Munich Germany. In my coaching sessions I use photographs when it is appropriate, either my own photographs or the one's the client discovered and brought to the session. To be with, and to listen to the client is the most important aspect of my coaching and photographs will be used only when they are appropriate and for any support.
It's a great experience when clients talk about their views, their ideas and perspectives when looking at the photographs. Not only offers this new insights for the client but also triggers emotions and new thinking in both, the client and the coach.
I am looking forward to sharing insights and experiences with you.
