You may have missed the main homepage for this Discussion Group -- see:

before posting any request for info on this Group site -- because it's likely that most questions are answered there.
And, yes, your questions ARE answered on the PhotoTherapy site's page named: "Who is Doing What, Where" page --
So please go there and find the categories for the topic of your query -- and then do a page search for "oregon" and/or "portland" and you'll find your answers (Portland happens to be one city where there is exactly the kind of person you are seeking!!)!
