Ciò costituisce contropartita di un accordo transattivo che comprende la rimozione di quest’ultima opera da qualsivoglia ulteriore circuito di pubblicazione, circolazione o vendita, oltre che altre condizioni che la medesima d.ssa Weiser è tenuta a non divulgare. I wanted to share the very good news that, regarding the legal action I began last year in Italy against Edoardo Giusti and MariaClaudia Proietti (and their publisher, Franco/Angeli) for publishing the book "Fototerapia" (full title and background details can be found underneath the "Statement" below) -- this case has now been successfully settled without having to go to Court!

Desidero portare a conoscenza dei lettori di questo "Gruppo di Discussione" che sulla base di fatti che considero molto fondati, credo che il libro di Giusti e Proietti ("Fototerapia e Diario Clinico") sia un plagio del mio libro ("PhotoTherapy Techniques: Exploring the Secrets of Personal Snapshots and Family Albums").
Per questo motivo mi sono rivolta ad un avvocato ed abbiamo avviato un'azione legale. La citazione e' stata depositata in luglio presso il Tribunale di Milano ed e' stata fissata una prima udienza per il mese di ottobre."
