I don't know about the DVD but I beleive that the episode name was changed because Rooksby was the name of the lead character in the RD stage show, it was changed to Rigsby by Eric Chappell the writer when the series was then about to transform to TV. Maybe they thought they would get rid of Rooksby all together and change the pilot name. Hope this helps.
