I'm a big fan of Steptoe & son,and the character Leonard played in Steptoe's The Desperate Hours was called Spooner,just wondering if that's why the tennant in Rising damp had the same name,,,,,
He was also great in The Leadman Cometh,one of his first tv appearances i believe..
