I am a really big fan, constantly watching my DVD box set of Rising Damp. It's a shame the talented actress Frances De La Tour more-or-less refuses to have much to do with it. I think it was Anthony Cotton ('Sean' from coronation Street) who admitted to shouting out, outside her house 'Ay, Miss Jones!' in an interview on a documentary on Rising Damp - it's that sort of thing that turned her off, I believe!
