Casey is a 5year old black retreiver mix dog who suffered a spinal cord injury in April 2007 playing frisbee. As a result he cannot use his back legs. He has regained feeling and some ability to move his hips and push with his legs however. He may be able to use his right hind leg again with extensive therapy and strength training but he has not yet been reevaluated for this possibility.
Casey is a wonderful loving dog that I rescued three years ago after he was dumped. Casey now does well in a dog cart and has a strong will to live. We can no longer care for Casey like he needs and deserves. We desperately need to place him in a home. If anyone is interested in adopting Casey PLEASE contact me ASAP. 360 880 7297
