Wheelchair needed for an extraordinary friend!

Hi, my next door neighbor just found out that her dog has a spinal embolus and is paralyzed in the hind quarters. Sharon, "Chance"'s owner is an extraordinary woman with so much compassion and can't bear the thought of giving up on him. Chance's veterinary bills are astronomical from all of his diagnostic testing. I am looking for a wheelchair for him that is low cost or no cost. Sharon is older and it is difficult for her to transport him in and out. Chance is a black lab @ 50-60#. Any help, feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you SO much for any info you can provide.
