need a used wheelchair for grandmother's dog

My grandmother has a 20 lb Beagle that was hit by a car and is now paralyzed on its back legs. She's on a fixed income, but would really like to try a chair for "Buddy" as he is great health otherwise. Any information at all would be most appreciated.
