Post 50 extra flyers for the next rock show? Bullshit. The sad thing is, there is NOTHING we can do about it. Kids today, like Suit said, are too busy playing Halo and listening to Eminem in their bedrooms to care about rock n roll. I hate to admit it, but I think the only way "Bohemian Peoria" will ever come back is if a few rock bands get huge and MTV plays them. And that might never happen people. Things change. ps - I noticed this BBS censors you when you say the word ####. Real punk rock guys. Kudos for that one.

I'll tell you why the vibe is gone. It's because there's nothing on the NATIONAL level to get kids interested in Rock and Roll. Just think about back in the 90's like Sam Kinison is talking about. Green Day, No Doubt, The Mighty Bosstones, Nine Inch Nails, all of these bands were popular and in the mainstream. Yeah, all of those bands were shitty, but they at least got people ####ing interested. And the next thing you know, the people who got started with Green Day and No Doubt were listening to the Exploited, Bad Religon, the Specials, GG Allin, et cetra.
