After 235 votes were cast, Sean Dyche has scored a satisfaction rating of 5.71.
This is the lowest score Dyche had polled so far, dropping below the 5.81 he polled the first week of his appointment just over a year ago. This is also a drop in support of 1.28 from his last poll in February.
However Dyche is still comparing fairly well with his predecessors, Lampard suffered two greater support slumps during his tenure (1.89 and 2.28), Benitez had a 2.84, Carlo had a 1.72 and 1.53, Silva had 4! (1.73, 2.02, 2.67. 1.8), Sam had a 1.75 and Koeman a 2.64. In all cases, bar two (one each for Carlo and Silva), Dyche's current rating of 5.71 is higher than the others polled at the time of their notable support drops so it seems fair to say he still retains the backing of most of the fans for now.
As things stand (i.e. assuming no further points deductions) it would seem 10 points would be enough for safety this season, which would be 3 wins and a draw from 8 matches. If Dyche can achieve that realistic goal and keep us up I think the majority of the fans will consider that 'job done' in difficult circumstances, and lets hope that's the scenario we're polling on come the end of the season.
