I'm sure it will, too
I was thinking of a pre-Christmas jaunt to France, and it's suddenly got about £30 more expensive and a heck of a lot longer in journey time. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/oct/11/second-kent-motorway-is-possible-post-brexit-lorry-park
I mentioned this yesterday, but apparently I was talking bollocks.
Amusingly, no-one bothered their arse to tell the local (Tory) MP about it.
Still, I'm sure Brexit will work out great.
Sunlit uplands, Spitfires in "Vic" formation cruising over the Kent coast, the porter at your railway station doffing his cap as he collects your ticket, pleasantries exchanged with the neighbours on your street as they cut their privet hedges, mow their lawns with sturdy British-made Qualcast push mowers, and paint their white picket fence, the kids running towards you shouting "daddy!!!" as they hear the "Snick" of the gate latch, the luscious aroma of your wife's lovingly-prepared stew as she kisses you on the cheek, takes your hat, raincoat and umbrella, fetches you your pipe, slippers, Daily Mail and a cup of tea, and asks you how your day at the office was.
Bucolia, in other words.
