I think before the match it is very different for players
No problem with them trying to be “in the zone”. It s all part of individual preparations for the game.
...seen him involved in a few EiTC clips and in the "behind the scenes" footage that the club puts out he is always saying hello to all the backroom people and seems genuinely popular, while a lot of them just skulk in with their headphones on (which isn't a big issue, but I know the attitude I prefer)

Fast becoming one of my favorite players. As well as looking the real deal, he seems a truly nice guy - offered to help my Dad down the steps in his wheelchair last week after the Southampton game. I know most people would do that, but after a match you don’t expect it from a modern-day professional.
