I never quite understood the deification of Kanchelskis.
On his day, he was briliant but he was never interested in playing for Everton.
He was the start of a long line in the 90's of paycheque players.
Royle's Everton set the ground-work for the dog-shite football of Walter Smith.
Oh and while I'm at it. I think some of the remarks about Thomas Graveson the other day were well off the mark. People seem to easily forget the Holy trinity of Parkinson-Horne-Ebbrell and how boss they were.

Schneiderlin, Cleverley, Gibson, Saha, Howard, Neville, Blomqvist, John O’Kane and Kanchelskis.
Maybe there is a reason United we’re selling them, so time for a new strategy from us. I’m not interested in rejects from United, and hopefully Everton feel the same.
Have to be said; Kanchelskis were amazing and Saha had potential.
