Arsenal is a money-making machine, as well. Huge stadium paid for in a great part of London, well appointed with tremendous corporate facilities. TV/digital money shows no sign of slowing down. Expansion across non-traditional territories continues...I can't see a single reason why I'd sell up right now, tbh.
Kroenke is also a guy who believes that sports investment is a long-term game. He has several franchises in the US (some of which he's had to 'divest' to family members in order to get around ownership rules). It's a constant market with little downturn, no matter the economic environment.
