Commissions a report from KIP research, an independent city research firm, that concludes that everything he has been saying is correct and that "bolshie squabbling about Evertons move to Kirkby" is damaging the region.

2 minutes on Google show that KIP Research is run by.......his daughter.

Who is also listed as his parlimentary advisor.

Nice work if you can get it.
