if Boris Johnson didn't exist, you'd have to make him up

a bumbling, stumbling, gaffe-prone twit who somehow ended up as mayor of London despite virtually admitting his idiocy and incompetency on numerous occasions.

Despite all this I can't help but like him. A bit. but I'm glad I don't live in London.
