I don't really think you understand. The reason that in the eyes of the law, it's different...

Is because men are bigger, men are stronger, men are more powerful, more prone to violence and have a higher pain threshold.

An average sized woman is much MUCH smaller and weaker than a professional athlete.

If you can't understand that, there's not much point in explaining further.

You're a big man but you're in bad shape. For me it's a full-time job. Now behave yourself.
