No repeated loans! Initial loans, ok. Worked for Arteta and would have avoided the vdM embarassment

But I think we need to sign Fernandes and make him feel like part of things, or give up on him. I do believe that sending him back is a negotiating tactic. (And it's just us opting not to complete the Ł12m deal). I'd offer Ł6m and then either start working on making him into a top player or forget about him.
