Stolen Murray Chain Drive TOT Rod

On 8/22/04 my friends, Murray Chain Drive TOT Rod was stolen from their backyard in Lake forest park, Washington.
Description:
Color-It is a shade of brown.
Changes to it-the front wheels have been replaced.

It is really important to my friend, both their kids and grandkids have grown up with it.
Let me know if you here anything.
