Mercedes Style Pedal Car

I have a 1978 Mercedes Style Pedal car. All metal body with rubber bumpers and has plastic wheels with rubber slip on tires. It has a cross within a circle logo on it, with decals one on the front bumper saying "National" and two on the back with "650 J.S." and TS-102. Could someone please tell me more about it? Such as the maker and the year it was made? Thanks.
