Found an old peddle car and need info

Found an old blue peddle car in a barn. It's in pretty good shape but has the paint has faded. The only words I can make out are "western" and I think "flyer". I want to fix it up for my son but want to keep it as original as possible. Does anyone know who made it, how old it is? Or where I can get info on it? Thanks so much.
