need help with idenifacation of cars

i found two pedal cars,maybe someone can help me identify them.one of them has JET SWEEP near the back of it. the other i can't quite make out the name.i've taken pictures with my digital camera.i would like to trey to restore them as a hobby.can anyone help me?
