Hey! I know its a little late, but if you were really serious about it (and haven't already found out by someone else) you could go to http://www.guitartechnician.com/ and email this chap. Vegas was Richard's Guitar tech and I have it from a smashing lass who he has been talking to for a while that he's a great bloke. He would prob reply to you if he knew who did Pauls gear while they were on tour
