Interesting to read that, Ann. What a difference these positive situations make to us sufferers. I had a fairly recent very positive experience in the ladies toilets at a new M & S store on the south coast. The whole area was light and airy, the cubicles were much larger than average, the cubicle walls and doors went down to the ground, and above all the large wooden doors opened "outwards" which meant that if you had lots of shopping (or suitcases as at airports, stations, etc) you did not have to "squeeze" in and I was therefore relaxed enough to avoid any problem. I felt I ought to write to the M & S management to congratulate them on a first class facility, but have not yet done so. Any comments from anyone?
