My various strategies don't always work and I'm on a bit of a downturn at the moment as things are stressful at work. I'm finding that I'm having to turn on the bathroom tap a lot to aid the start of a flow - SUCH a bad habit! But helpful for me in the short term.
I've also found anti-depressants helpful in the past. I'd prefer not to go on them again (because of the side-effects) but wouldn't hesitate if it came to it.
I think I mentioned that I'm climbing Kilimanjaro in a few weeks - this will mean using a toilet tent and portable loo. Can't say I'm looking forward to that aspect of the trip, but I'm geared up mentally for it and have lots of strategies up my sleeve. Will let you know how it goes
