Third step?

I just did my third step yesterday.
1)Discover that my problem has a name
2)Tell my friends and so about it
3)Went to a bar with my friends and tried to pee, could not really, but the important thing is that I went out of there without feeling down, in fact I felt good because I tried.

Hope to get more chances to try

(learning more english right now hehe)

Hi Juan

Your have a very good attitude - well done.

We say in England "do not run before you can walk"

Perhaps you should start by trying something easier than a bar?

Well Im trying with my bathroom's door a little bit open. Thats something I guess.

(next year Im going to study english in some institute hehe)

Well done for the effort! Its good that you didnt feel down about not being able to go. Just take small, managable steps and work your way up (for as long as it takes).
