Care less...

Since i first attended the initial workshop and the improvers, i'm glad to say that i care less about AP.
When going out, or go on a day trip, i used to calculate how long the trip would be, or when i would be back home. Making sure i did not drink too much in advance and visit the toilet several times before i left, only to squeeze out my last sips of water.
The problem is not out of my life yet, but i'm glad i can say, i care less.
And is this not the goal, caring less about AP and thus making life easier?
If you have the problem and did not yet attend a workshop, make the effort, you'll see you will also start to care less about it.

Well done Jan, it's great to hear the workshops have helped.

I'm doing well and even managed a business day trip to Switzerland last week...... I had a misfire but went back 20 minutes later and success!! None of my colleagues even noticed my two shortly spaced trips to the toilet.

I would also recommend anyone thinking about a workshop to make a new year's resolution and sign up to the next workshop.

Thats great to hear Jan, the less you care/worry about it the more likely you are to succeed! I look forward to the workshop this week more and more when I read posts praising them!

It may sound funny Mark, but you will actually enjoy the workshop.
I always found it a helpfull but also very enjoyable weekend.

About your trip AdamP, well done.
It's actually a fact that people you're with don't even seem to notice you have gone away.
I have tried on purpose at a party to see who was missing occasionally in the group. Very boring and i actually hardly noticed when someone left or came back.
I care less and less and i'm very happy we're all making progress.
