Posted by Simon on 4/4/2007, 8:52 pm I was 30 yesterday and will be going out for a curry and drinkypoos at the weekend i just hope my ap won't be too bad because i really want to enjoy myself as it's been a difficult week as i had to have my beloved dog Queenie put to sleep yesterday so it wasn't the most enjoyable birthday i've ever had! I am going to take a small dose of Lorazepam before i go out which reduces my anxiety levels and hopefully will help my ap. The toilet in the restaurant is clean and the cubicle has a lock on the door but i have had problems in there before. Likewise if my ap is really bad on the night i will probably go home after the meal though i would desperately like to go out clubbing with all my friends some of whom have traveled from as far a field as Canada, Jordan and Singapore. Better still, send them an e-mail about it (with reference to this Discussion Board and the UKPT web site) to spare them the trouble of coming over in that extremely unlikely case!You will find that they now can really show that they sincerely want to stay friends with you. Which will be their best birthday present ever!
It certainly becomes easier to tell others when you grow older, but don’t wait till you’re past 50 like me! (I’m already losing friends of the human kind because of age).
Most people are very considerate. Don’t bother about the others: show your self and stop playing drama for the people close to you!Enjoy this weekend like non before! I mean it.

On a happier note, now here's a coincidence... I also turned 30 this week (I'm an April fool!). I had my birthday celebrations last weekend, and had the exact same anxieties as you beforehand and ended up having a really good night out with friends so I hope the same is true for you.

Hi Simon Thanks for your kind message mate and many happy returns for your birthday last Sunday plus your right in that turning 30 is actually quite cool.
I'm glad you enjoyed your birthday celebrations last weekend plus i'm looking forward to mine tonight i just hope i'll be able to pee ok.
