First off i don't agree with Taking anti depressents but if you are in the process and have no other option then i would take zoloft. I found when i took zoloft 100mg for two months then came off them my paruresis did improve. I have done this twice now. I don't recommend using them for paruresis if you are going to use them then id say to use zoloft. I don't know how this helped me im not sure of the mechanics behind it it's strange.
