The first beginners workshop really brought about some good improvements, but this follow up workshop was great and I have seen some amazing results from this. I had numerous successes using the urinals in public places including the pub and shopping center which were firsts for me and has given me loads of confidence to continue desensing in new and more challenging areas. Many thanks to Andrew, James and everyone in the group for all your support. Will
