Hello Matt, +1 for green tea from me. On the workshop I did we made the observation that some liquids have an irritant effect on the bladder that can make it feel like you need to go even before it is really full... drinking warmer liquids is a good way not to lose core body temperature when you are drinking a lot to practice too. 1 green tea bag in a pint glass, enough water to make it steep, top up with cold water...
