Hi To all who attended the above workshop, I had a slow start on the Friday evening,got going eventually. by Saturday afternoon I was able to pee with some one just outside the toilet door(door open of course)On Sunday the impossible happened, I was able to pee at the urinal with another person along side me, not just once but several times over the course of the morning, its been 30 years since I did that,& I think I was drunk at time. For all of you thinking of going to a workshop, please please do yourselves an enormous service,do not put it off any longer just do it !

Micheal C for your kind words on this message board, and of course to Andrew Smith,one of nature's gentle men, I hope all of you AP sufferers out there will seriously consider meeting Andrew at a workshop some day,
