I'd like to echo everything that's just been said. It was great meeting you all and listening. A big thank you to Andrew for all his time and effort in this.

On the train back, I went in the loo and just decided to sit there for as long as necessary. It took a while but I started to think of something nice and out it came!

I'm feeling a lot more positive about things and no longer treat the misfires as a big deal.
