Good to hear you are all doing well and it was a pleasure to meet with you all.I stopped at a couple of service stations on way home just to get used to them.Irritatingly i did not have an urge.I have carried out some objectives, and attending quiz night in our local on wednesday, managed the urinal with someone there.I had a strong urge which helps.It has to be practice ,practice and I have gone over the materials Andrew put together a number of times.Once again thanks to all and genuinely look forwrad to meeting some/all again one day soon.
Lars my wife and I are travelling to Sweden in June and are going to visit Norway as well.
Thanks to all for the great help you gave and a special thanks to Andrew and Stephen for their enthusiasm and motivation.
