I read your message with a great interest. Being pressured for time seems to be the recurring thing - although I've never had a problem with time contrainst re exams or work deadlines!
However, your bit about the sin gave me a bit of a chuckle. Incredibly meditating on a holy picture - current fave St Gerado seems to distract me and allow me to go 75% of the time if others are congregated outside the toilet cubicle. However, seriously, look at my message regarding indentifying a trigger.
