Disabled toilets

Hey guys

My first post here, I am Walt, 35 yrs old.

I was wondering if anyone ever uses disabled toilets when they are in public? I always get looked at as if I am not normal when I go in a disabled toilet. Is there anywhere you can actually get a note, maybe a doctors note that say's it is ok for you to go in a disabled toilet?
