Hi,
since I discovered this message board about a year ago, I have heard mixed reviews on hypnotherapy. Iv had 2 sessions of hypnotherapy for my AP and didnt notice any difference however some have reported a slight improvement. I havent heard it curing anyone.
Im not sure on hypnosis though im afraid, its different from hypnotherapy!
