DON'T be nervous! Let me explain, when I went one of the first things they asked in the introduction was, was I nervous? I genuinely was not, because I had an overwhelming feeling of being glad to be doing something about it at last! You should feel that too.
Secondly, on arrival I had been so reassured to find that the hotel was so anonymous, none of the staff know why you are there. I had expected a smaller place where all the staff know why you are there, it is nothing like that.
Both of you, enjoy it and select the techniques that work for you.
It can and will change you life, just follow the instructions.
