Like Alex has said, written information is important, as if people seem not to believe you ,it can be produced. I always carry it when I go on holiday. Next week I am going on a cruise and I shall take it, as I always have to ask to stay in my cabin on the last day until a car picks us up. We are supposed to leave cabins by 8am. and as you can imagine, with 550 or so passengers there is mayhem at the public loos.Saga is very good and no one has ever queried the truth of what I say, but I still feel better knowing I can produce written information if necessary.
Take all the help you can get and, rest assured, we shall all be keeping our fingers crossed that you improve.
