Well done Adam!!
You have some terrific ideas there, and more to the point, you are keeping going with them until they just become natural.
I love the idea of using others arriving as a trigger. If you can get that one going, you really will crack it! Just think, we could all train our minds to see people next to us at a stall, or arriving behind us as, our trigger to pee. That really is turning it around on itself!
Keep posting your progress, this is really interesting!
