Agreed, it is nice to share this with someone who fully understands.

I've just ordered the book, Shy Bladder Syndrome, as recommended by this site. Should make good reading, hopefully.

The red face thing is common with me too, does anyone else suffer the same? I guess this comes down to the childhood experiences I mentioned in my first message.
