Having just found the site, then looked at the message board, and then that there is a workshop I feel totally amazed that there are so many of us around. I am thinking of next weeks workshop, but one of the things that holds me back is being the only very middle aged (55) woman there. Can any other ladies who have been to a workshop put me at my ease.
