Posted by Simon on 4/4/2007, 8:52 pm I was 30 yesterday and will be going out for a curry and drinkypoos at the weekend i just hope my ap won't be too bad because i really want to enjoy myself as it's been a difficult week as i had to have my beloved dog Queenie put to sleep yesterday so it wasn't the most enjoyable birthday i've ever had! I am going to take a small dose of Lorazepam before i go out which reduces my anxiety levels and hopefully will help my ap. The toilet in the restaurant is clean and the cubicle has a lock on the door but i have had problems in there before. Likewise if my ap is really bad on the night i will probably go home after the meal though i would desperately like to go out clubbing with all my friends some of whom have traveled from as far a field as Canada, Jordan and Singapore.
