Peter,
That sounds like an oh too familar set of circumstances - lets face it we have all been through a trip like a holiday or business trip in our owns minds a good few hundred times before we have even got there. But having this condition does only really make you centre on the one thing too far far too much. You just have to get a away from it as it will certain sure drive you crazy ! Okay you have worries but when you look at them - how tall do they stand agianst perhaps the concerns that are on the train drivers mind or perhaps even the air traffic controllers ? If they had constant worries then we really would be plagued would n't we. The problem with ap is its one of those things that can really take over - 'if you let it'. If you ask me you will have a good trip tomorrow - be it anyway - but even more so if you think that you will. Okay you are travelling with a colleage & you don't know what his/her concerns are anymore then they will about yours. There are hundreds of stories you could tell them for taking a bit longer in the loo - use your imagination! You are positive enough person to have gotten to where you are today - the trick is to believe that you truely deserves these opportunities that you are currently presented with & you will no doubt find a way of working them out. There's no point pannicking that you don't have time to go on a beginners before you go on holiday - because you still have to cope anyway - instead rest assured that you will use perhaps a previous mechanisam that you have used in the past. So ease of the pressure a bit & look forward to going on one when you get back.127
